Worst size! I ordered based on my previous best experience; however, these were too tight. How cannyhat happen? The replacement was even worse, but I don't have to see them anymore. In a bin!

We’ve reviewed your order and noticed that one of the shirts was purchased with a smaller collar size than your previous order. This would also result in smaller chest and waist measurements, which may explain the difference in fit. However this lilac shirt should have been matching the previous sizing so we apologise if an error has been made on this occasion.
