CHARLES TYRWHITT & THE PRINCE’S TRUST:
A PARTNERSHIP OF CONFIDENCE
At Charles Tyrwhitt, “work” doesn’t just mean helping men to dress well. It also means working to help others; particularly those less privileged than us.
Our partnership with youth charity The Prince’s Trust isn’t only about writing a cheque each year. It’s fundamental to our ethos that we contribute our time and expertise to help, and support, disadvantaged young people.
Since our relationship began in 2017, we’re proud to have raised over £405,000 for The Prince’s Trust. From baking to biking, our fundraising has involved hundreds of Tyrwhitteers across the business.
Fundraising aside, we run sessions in CV writing, interview training and career mentoring. We also host World of Work tours at our London Bridge HQ and distribution centre in Milton Keynes.
It takes so little to get young people back on the path to success – and every young person should have the chance to achieve their potential.
WEAR YOUR HEART ON YOUR SLEEVES
This year we’re delighted to be taking part in Million Makers; a Dragon’s Den style entrepreneurial fundraising challenge with The Prince’s Trust.
Between August and December, our ‘Team Tyrwhitt to Win it’ have been tasked with turning a seed investment into as much money as possible, through a series of innovative fundraising initiatives.
Competing against other teams and businesses across the UK, they have the collective goal of reaching £1,000,000 (and more!) for The Prince's Trust; which will help change the lives of young people who need it most.
If you’d like to support The Prince’s Trust and our Million Makers team, you can buy our limited edition Knotted Cufflinks online and in-store. 100% of the profits will go to The Prince's Trust.
A big thank you for your generosity and for helping us give young people the opportunities and future they deserve.

ABOUT THE PRINCE’S TRUST
Youth charity The Prince’s Trust helps young people to develop the confidence and skills they need to realise their ambitions, so that they can live, learn and earn. Founded by The Prince of Wales in 1976, the charity supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed, struggling at school and at risk of exclusion.
Many of the young people helped by The Trust are in or leaving care, facing issues such as homelessness, mental health problems, or have been in trouble with the law.
The programmes offered by the charity give vulnerable young people the practical and financial support needed to stabilise their lives, helping develop self-esteem and skills for work. Three in four young people supported by The Prince’s Trust move into work, education or training.
The Trust has helped over 950,000 young people to date and supports over 100 more each day.
