Shortly after opening on Regent Street London in 1875, Arthur Liberty became renowned for his silks. By the 1890s Liberty Fabrics was a byword for the very best of avant-garde textile design. Today, every bolt of Liberty fabric is the product of a bespoke production process: hand drawn or painted by the in-house design team in London, Soho.
When our tailoring expertise combines with an iconic print house, you get something quite special. Our new shirt collection is made with Liberty Fabrics. It champions the floral designs inspired by Liberty Fabrics’ archives; combining Victorian and 1950s influences with our modern silhouette. Woven in Liberty Fabrics’ own mill near Lake Como, using the purest of cotton, this collection will inject character and style into your wardrobe.

This print is inspired by two designs in the Liberty archive from the 1920s and 90s. Re painted to create a modern daisy dot.

STEEL BLUE PRINT MADE WITH LIBERTY FABRIC
This dense and delicate tiny rose pattern is from the Liberty archive and dates from the mid-1950s, although that version would have been based on much earlier Victorian designs. Liberty has a wonderful collection of 19th and 20th century pattern books, which would have been used as inspiration for creating this print.

MULTI PRINT MADE WITH LIBERTY FABRIC
A small floral pattern inspired by a design in the Liberty archive, originally created in the 1920s. Once of the smallest designs in scale in the Liberty Fabrics collection. It is probably the finest detail possible to achieve with modern rotary screen printing techniques.
