Nice trousers but wrong size delivered (32L30W instead of 30L32W) for pick up in-store .. sounds like an easy mistake to make, but I expect a Jermyn Street retailer to get this sort of thing right every time! And it had consequences - I had to wear something less desirable to my mother’s funeral…
