Received a sweater with holes in it. They couldn’t guarantee exchange either. The staff didn’t seem interested.

I'm sorry to hear that you've received a faulty jumper from us. Typically we'd arrange for a hand-checked replacement to be expedited to you however I can see, as the store team suspected, that this jumper is no longer being stocked with us. This was one of our winter style jumpers and as we're now fast approaching the Summer season, these thicker pieces are being rotated out. Faulty items are very rare with instances being few and far between. I hope you'll give us a chance to redeem ourselves in the near future for an opportunity to show you that we can, and will do better next time.
