I don’t think I’ll ever buy anything from you again, I was so appalled with your store decisions to not have 2xl

We fully understand your disappointment here, and it's a huge shame that you weren't able to find the specific size you required within our Bath store. We're sorry that you had what amounted to a wasted trip, although we trust that our team at the store were welcoming and friendly, and provided you with good service. When it comes to the stock held within our stores, we obviously do need to compromise. With the sheer size of our range - including three different fits and over 30 sizes (counting the various sleeve lengths, as well as casual sizes) - it simply isn't possible for the stores to stock every possible option. As such, they do have to prioritise those sizes and fits which are most popular and most regularly requested. We apologise that this did not include the Classic Fit in XXL - but as you know, our full range is available on the website.
