This should absolutely not have happened and is not demonstrative of the quality we strive for. We would usually offer an expedited replacement however the shorts have sold out in your size and therefore cannot be replaced. As such, we have arranged these being refunded to a voucher which can be used to send a replacement, saved for a later order or refunded to the original payment method.
