I'm sorry to hear that you've received a faulty jumper from us. Typically we'd arrange for a hand-checked replacement to be expedited to you however I can see, as the store team suspected, that this jumper is no longer being stocked with us. This was one of our winter style jumpers and as we're now fast approaching the Summer season, these thicker pieces are being rotated out. Faulty items are very rare with instances being few and far between.
