I have 5 Pairs of Charles Tyrwhitt chinos, all are 30W 32L and all fit perfectly. This pair were also supposed to be 30W and 32L however they were too tight and too short. Also the quality did not seem as good as the previous ones.

We're certainly sorry to see that you have had an issue with this purchase of chinos, which is disappointing and not what we want to see, of course. We offer a variety of chinos and casual trousers, and the pair purchased on this order are different in their design to those you purchased previously (back in 2024). Those were the 'Ultimate' chinos, whereas these are the 'Casual Stretch' chinos. The material will feel different, as a result. The sizing should not, however, be any different so we're sorry that you found them to be smaller and shorter in the leg. We see you have exchanged them for a different pair, and hope that they are more suitable.
