I loved the look, feel and fit of this merino polo. Unfortunately, on it's second wear the seam under one of the arms came away to leave a large hole. This is the first time any CT merino product has had a fault. I've been buying these in different styles regularly for over 10 years. I contacted CT and received excellent service via the customer service chat. Really clever triage by the chatbot and excellent service by the agent who picked up the enquiry. He reviewed the images that I had attached to the chat and immediately set-up a replacement order and asked me if I could return the original so that they could investigate the fault with the manufacturer. I have received the replacement - still looks, feels and fits great and hopefully will continue to do so for some time to come as it is a lovely product. The best measure of a retailer is often how they respond when something goes wrong with a product for a customer. CT deserve credit for the way they handled this situation - Thank you!
