The shirt was not long enough for a man of 6'3" and rose up on raising the arms. The shirt was extremely prickly and couldn't be worn. I washed the shirt but there was no improvement. The brown colour was lovely though .

We're really sorry to hear that this lovely linen polo shirt - which is ideal for the warmer summer months to come - hasn't been perfect for the recipient, either due to sizing or the feel of the material. Linen will have a slightly 'rougher' feel to it than cotton at first, but this should soften and reduce over time with wearing and washing. Of course, if the garment is not 100% perfect or suitable, you have the option of a return under our guarantee (even after washing) and we'll be happy to assist you with any return you'd like to make. We'll be in touch shortly.
