I’m very disappointed with how my case was handled. After just one use, my shoes were spoiled and sent for repair — only to be lost during the return process. Instead of refunding me, which would have been the most transparent and fair solution, I was pressured into choosing another item. The original shoes were no longer in stock, so I was forced to choose a different pair in a size larger than I normally wear. I was assured they would fit, but they are too loose and do not feel right at all. In other words, I paid full price and ended up with shoes that don’t fit properly, simply because a refund was never offered as an option. This entire process reflects a lack of fairness and transparency. A refund should have been the obvious solution from the beginning.
