Didn't like this shirt, clour and cuffs, so returned it.

It's always a huge shame whenever we see one of our beautiful shirts not being 100% perfect for the customer, and we're sorry that was the case here. The Oxford weave is the thickest/heaviest weave we offer, so at first it may well feel a little 'stiff' - certainly compared to something like the Twill, or the Poplin. That will definitely reduce over time however, with wear and washing, in particular. Fabric softener will help. If you require a more adjustable cuff, please look at our casual shirts - those typically have two buttons horizontally, allowing for either a tighter or looser fit.
