We understand from your service review that you had requested to return them but this was not processed. As you had requested the alterations and had paid extra for this service, we are sorry that we are not able to have the items returned. We would recommend for future purchases, ordering the trousers without the shortening to make sure the fit is correct and you can always exchange them free of charge then add on and pay for the alterations later on.
