Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback, we are sincerely sorry that the Classic Fit version of the Lilac & Sky Blue Non-Iron Stretch Poplin Check Shirt does not come with the cutaway collar despite the images on the website showing this collar and repeated assurances that we would send a cutaway collar shirt. We have now rectified this on our website imagery. Due to the repeated errors, we do not require the shirt returned back to us and apologise for letting you down in this way. Your feedback has been shared with our buyers requesting this design with a cutaway collar in future seasons and we hope we can offer this for you soon.

We wholly understand the frustration caused here and are investigating with our product team to determine which collar the shirt should have and whether the photographs and descriptions need updating, if the wrong collar has been depicted. As requested, we have replaced the shirt with an alternate design, which we hope has proven to your liking since being received.
