We've contacted the Store Manager about your comments and they've left the following response: Dear Customer, To start with thank you for leaving a review on the product and your experience. From looking into this refund I can see it was in fact myself who you dealt with and I do vaguely remember returning the knitted polo. I would like to start by apologising myself if you felt that the question wasn’t needed on why the item was being refunded. I perhaps could have phrased it differently on the day but was merely intrigued to find out the reason for return as 1 it has been a popular item and 2 if there is a fault I would need to send it back to our warehouse differently and flag if it could be a repeating issue. My statement regarding bringing back the polo due to sizing was more as a shock, I thought they came up fairly true to size from experience. I am truly sorry if you felt this wasn’t necessary and I never meant for this to come across as rude or upset you in anyway. I hope this doesn’t leave the wrong impression of what I was trying to do on the day but I can assure you I will work to make sure another customer doesn’t feel the same in the future.
