It is very strange indeed that our store would process an exchange instead of a refund so I've passed this back to them as feedback to ensure we're listening carefully to our customers when they visit. In regards to the refund itself, I can see that this was processed today and it should be showing on your statement by the 10th of July at the latest. Finally, if you have a 44 chest and a 36 waist, I would recommend our extra slim large. Our slim fit is our "regular" fit but our extra slim is for those with a taper between the chest and the waist. The extra slim large would give you a 44.5" chest measurement and a 41.5" waist measurement as per our sizing guide. Nevertheless, I hope that the quality of the shirts shone through and we hope to hear from you again in the future.
