Ordered three shirts of identical size, and verified on the size chart that they showed the exact same measurements, but the actual sizing on the shirts was very inconsistent, even for two shirts of the exact same listed size and fabric - the chest size differed between the two shirts by almost an inch. Shirt quality seems fine, but the inconsistent sizing is frustrating when returns are not free.

There will be a 'margin of error' when manufacturing any product, particularly clothing, so a difference of around an inch or so in the body is not quite as alarming as it may seem - but we certainly understand, and agree, that consistency is extremely important in being able to trust the sizing of the product when ordering online. Of course, we do have our 6-month guarantee and you are very welcome to make a return for an exchange or refund. Exchanges are completely free of charge - only a return for a refund carries a small handling fee deduction (but the return itself is still free at the point of shipping). On this occasion, we have waived said fee for you, if you do wish to return for a refund.
