Arrived damaged, unimpressive tailoring

I'm very sorry to see your comments here, which are obviously most disheartening. Could you perhaps share a little more insight on what is "poor" about the quality of the tailoring? Our shirts are expertly made and to the highest standards - so this is something we would obviously like to know more about. Of course, the shirts can be returned for a refund or exchange if you are not 100% satisfied with them in any way. As for the damaged item, we can have a replacement arranged ASAP, if you would like.

Response from customer:

The low-cut arm holes in the body of the shirt are very poorly made and are restrictive in movement. It's a common design choice to make the shirts fit as many body types as possible but should not be used when advertising shirts specifically sold as specific neck, arm, and cut (slim, etc). My tailor said there is nothing he can do about the arm holes and I'm stuck with uncomfortable shirts. At least he was able to improve the fit in the body of the shirt. You have my email address and can reach out directly if you'd like to remedy the situation. I've already paid to have the shirts custom tailored to make up for some of the deficiencies - A partial refund would be much appreciated.
