Material was fine, but the shirts are too long.

Our casual shirts are designed to be worn tucked or untucked and with a more relaxed fit. Our range follows alpha sizing (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL) so please make use of our sizing guide located on each shirt page. This will allow you to select the size best suited to your body shape. There will always be a few customers who are either in-between sizes or fits, or for whom the ‘standard’ fits are not quite right, but we have tried hard to make sure our fits keep the vast majority of customers happy. Our six month guarantee is always there for you if you would like to exchange this for something new or request a refund.

OK, I have since ordered a replacement of this shirt in a smaller size. I originally ordered the same size for this long sleeve polo as I did for short sleeve polos earlier. Sizes are completely different. I think that’s an issue you should address with the manufacturer.
