Reduced price and again disappointing quality to previous shirts purchased

Of course, it's deeply disappointing to see that you haven't found this shirt to be of the highest quality, particularly compared to previous purchases. We do not offer 'grades' when it comes to our shirts, so all are made from the best materials, and to the highest standards. We expect every shirt we sell to ooze quality and be perfect. Of course, different weaves - Poplin, Twill, Oxford etc. - have different properties, and will feel different as a result. Both in terms of thickness, and simply the way the cloth sits against the skin. Should you be anything less than 100% satisfied with your purchase, please consider a return. We wouldn't want you to have a shirt you are not excited and happy to wear.
