We spent ages looking for a chemical-free (e.g. not an 'easy iron') shirt for my son who needs a school shirt that can fit his huge biceps. No parent wants to buy their child something infused with chemicals. However, the plain white shirts we ordered have huge flappy collars.

It goes without saying that we're really disappointed to see that you haven't been pleased with your purchase from us, particularly regarding the collar style on this beautiful Twill shirt. We offer a wide range of collar styles to choose from - ranging from the cutaway to the classic, and including other styles such as the extreme cutaway, semi-cutaway and button-down. We're sorry that you haven't found the semi-cutaway to be the one for you. This particular style is a slightly larger collar than for the other styles, but the inclusion of our brass collar stays (free with every shirt) should ensure that the collars stay firmly 'down' and do not become unruly during the day. We'll be in touch to offer our assistance with alternative options, but unfortunately your wish to exclude non-iron shirts does limit the options open to you. We hope we can find a good alternative, however.
