He was friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful without being pushy. He took the time to understand what I needed, gave good advice on sizing, colours and combinations, and made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. I ended up buying a full selection of items, including chinos, shirts, shoes, a jacket and a merino jumper. Everything was well presented, and Luke helped me put together pieces that worked well as a smart, practical wardrobe. The appointment service was definitely worth booking and made shopping much more efficient. A really positive experience overall, and I would happily recommend both the Cardiff store and Luke.
