Good Day, It is human nature and the state of the current world to be quick to complain. I wanted to share a quick email describing my very recent experience at CT Shepard's Bush Westfields. Please kindly consider the email below with appropriate and meaningful appraisal. Nina was absolutely superb in her dealings with me. Her knowledge, demeanour and assistance was first rate. I never felt pressured; in fact, as I enter a new chapter in my life there is a naturally associated amount of anxiety; Nina put this at ease and was extremely sincere and candid in her approach. As a result of the experience at the Westfield Shepard's Bush store, I ended (happily) spending close to a £1000 when I initially went in for a few shirts! Further evidence of Nina's excellent customer service was echoed with the 2 other lady's working the shift on a tiring Sunday! They showed extreme patience and care and allowed me to comfortably leave 35/40 min after closing! Not once was I rushed or pressured! This whole experience has not only gained a new customer but further advocacy and sharing of the extremely positive experience on top of the quality of the products.
