The service I received from my order was excellent, but the manner in which the trousers arrived where by far not to the standard expecting. On opening the package the trousers were extremely creased, not only the outside but the lining to the waistband and below, were that bad I was considering returning. I have ordered chinos in the past from Charles tyrwhitt and as you would expect courier delivered trousers do require some ironing, my wife also made the comment of her dismay of the looks of the trousers. Will think twice about the manner of ordering any further clothes from this company, have bought online for most of charles tyrwhitt items as they seem to offer cheaper prices than shop purchase

Although we take the utmost care in packaging our garments, they can get unfolded and creased along the way due to the hustle and bustle of transit. If you have any reservations at all about the condition of the trousers, please return it to us for either a replacement or a refund.
