Delivery timing was ok but item was obviously a returned item and not re packed well, it was very crushed and had obviously been worn for a period by someone. Washed and ironed now and fit me ok, i phoned customer services to let them know this was not what i expected, they were happy for the feedback and thanked me but that was it.
