Find that they say non iron shirt but find they do need ironing did not find this with previous order long sleeve non iron shirts

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback, although I am sorry you have not been able to take advantage of the Non-Iron benefit of your shirts. Our Non-Iron technology activates when the garment is hung to cool after machine drying, but please take it out when slightly damp. As it cools the creases should disappear leaving the garment ready to wear at a moment's notice. If this is not your experience, having followed the washing instructions, please do let us know and we can issue a replacement. Please remember every order is covered by our six month guarantee with cost free exchanges to switch for an alternate design or to return for a refund. We hope you will give us the chance to restore your faith in us soon.
