The size of the polo I received was mislabelled: I ordered a polo size XS, and received a gigantic polo with a label saying size XS (when it clearly is an XL at the bear minimum). I have now to go through the hassle of returning the item, and I can’t even tell if Charles Tyrwhitt will pay for the return fee. A lot of time and energy wasted for me, so I am clearly annoyed and not very keen on buying again from them.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback, though we are sorry that you received a garment that was not up to scratch, in this case the incorrect size having been sent to you despite being labelled as the correct size. This should absolutely not have happened and we have issued and we would usually issue an expedite replacement, however the Light Green Pique Polo has sold out in your size and will not be restocked. We can see you have returned to store to arrange a refund for the shirt, but would still be happy to send an XS Polo, if you could advise which design would be to your liking? We are so sorry to have let you down but hope you will give us the chance to demonstrate our commitment to quality.
