Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback, though we are sorry that you were unaware that our shirts are made to Jermyn Street traditions, wherein pockets are not included to maintain the sleek shirt design. We appreciate that this design choice may not be to your taste, but we would certify that it is easier to add a pocket to a shirt than to remove a pocket for customers who dislike pockets on their shirts. As such, pockets can be added to the vast majority of our shirts for a small tailoring fee per shirt, as this is additional work that is required when ordering the shirt.
