Unfortunately, I am sorry to say it was not a great experience. Delivery was slow, dispatch took too long...we live in a world where you can get items from all over the world delivered rapidly, so was suprised by the lack of urgency vs other retailers. I have never owned a 'non iron' shirt, that requires more ironing that these...I will not buy shirts from you again. As it is very misleading. I do however love the chinos...despite the fact they also require ironing (albeit a minimal amount in comparison), the chinos are good quality. The shirts are no where near the quality of non iron M&S shirts...which is what I will revert back too. I would feel less aggrieved had they not been referred too as 'non iron' and working in a job which requires working away alot, that was my primary draw to trying these shirts...but found them to not be as advertised and of poor quality.
